A leading fashion retailer is looking to recruit an experienced Merchandiser to join their growing Merchandising team. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence commercial strategy across stores and online.
What You’ll Do:
* Forecasting, planning, and managing the WSSI
* Develop and deliver Department Strategy
* Work closely with the Buyers to deliver Seasonal Range Plans
* Mentor and develop the Assistant and Junior Merchandisers on the team
* Act as the go-to for merchandising processes and reporting
* Work across Branded and own-Branded product
* Reporting into the Merchandising Manager, and deputising where necessary
About You:
* Experienced Merchandiser (ideally fashion retail & multichannel)
* Commercially driven, analytical, and passionate about product
* Strong stakeholder management skills
