Hours: 37 Hours a week, 52 Weeks a Year
Working pattern: 3 shift pattern to support the Premises Officers
The Head Teacher and Governing Body wish to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Facilities Manager to lead and support the Premises Team at Bosworth Academy. Bosworth Academy is an expanding 11‑19 school within the LiFE Multi‑Academy Trust.
Responsibilities:
* Daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, toilets, and corridors, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
* Support the Premises Officers in maintaining the school environment.
* Uphold the school's core value of 'no student will underachieve' through meticulous facility management.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in facility or premises management is welcomed, but full training will be provided.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic learning environment.
