Salary: From £29,000 per year + £8,000–£10,000 annual service charge (paid monthly)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days across Tuesday–Sunday

A highly regarded seafood restaurant in Padstow is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. The restaurant is known for its daily-changing small plates menu, focusing on exceptional fish and shellfish sourced fresh each day.
This is a year-round, permanent opportunity in a busy, high-quality, and professional kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
1. Running and managing a designated section of the kitchen
2. Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to specification
3. Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service
4. Maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation standards
5. Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met
6. Assisting with stock control and prep across shifts
Requirements
7. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
8. Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service pressure
9. Passion for seafood, fresh produce, and seasonal cooking
10. Ability to work well within a focused, professional kitchen team
11. Reliable, organised, and detail-driven approach
