Financial Services Administrator - Belfast

The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting financial advisers with client reviews, communications, and documentation.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing and executing the client review process from start to finish
2. Liaising with clients to gather information and schedule meetings
3. Preparing review packs and valuations for adviser meetings
4. Processing response forms and ensuring advisers are briefed and prepared
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
6. Assisting with data cleansing, cash audits, and other centralised support tasks
7. Adhering to compliance processes and FCA requirements
What We're Looking For
8. 1+ year experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment
9. Strong knowledge of financial planning products and services
10. Familiarity with FCA rules and compliance processes
11. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
12. A proactive, client-first attitude with a collaborative mindset
