About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to support JW & CH Health Limited and its principal, Judith West, in developing new business and supporting existing clients.
This role combines sales, relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will generate new business opportunities, support client renewals, and promote WPA health insurance and cash plan products.
The role also involves networking, engaging with prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while delivering high quality customer service and professional sales advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and close new business opportunities
* Provide insurance quotes through the WPA platform and follow up with prospects
* Manage and support existing clients and handle renewals
* Respond to prospect and client enquiries via email and phone
* Maintain accurate and secure records of client and prospect information
* Promote the business through networking groups and business events
* Represent the practice at business shows and events
* Contact existing clients to generate referrals
* Use LinkedIn and social media to support business development activity
* Follow up and meet with prospective clients as required
* Conduct client meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
* Identify new opportunities to grow the business

Salary Range
Compensation
In addition to a base salary of £30,000, the role includes a generous, performance-based commission structure, depending on completed policies and quarterly sales targets.

Expected Work Schedule
* Remote working from home with travel within the practice territory in Liverpool and other areas as required.
* Attendance on an initial 2-week training course in Taunton, Somerset will be requited and on-going training and re-licensing once a year.
* 6-month probationary period.
