You will help to generate leads and ensure existing clients are aware of the full range of products available to them.

As Internal Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Applying an understanding of sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques
* For new business, prospecting with some guidance and following up on qualified leads.
* Account expansion and retention activities including cross selling into new areas.
* Setting qualified appointments for the field counterparts with new customers.
* Establishing and maintaining close relationships with the sales team.
* Identifying and developing opportunities across different product groups
* Maintaining the project schedules within the CRM system
* Allocating leads to the relevant salesperson
* Performing online research of potential clients.

* Experience selling in a proactive and consultative way
* The ability to make both cold and warm sales calls on the telephone
* Strong negotiating skills
* Experience working to targets
