We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Learning Support Assistants to work in KS2 settings across L10.
This role is perfect for individuals with experience supporting children with Autism, PMLD, or additional needs, who want to make a genuine impact every day.
Your day‑to‑day:
* 1:1 and small‑group support
* Supporting emotional regulation and communication
* Implementing structured routines and behaviour strategies
* Working closely with teachers and SEND teams
