What You’ll Do * Safely drive company vehicles, including minibuses and wheelchair-accessible vehicles. * Welcome passengers on board with warmth, patience, and professionalism. * Support passenger comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. * Build positive relationships with passengers, their families, and destination staff. * Complete basic vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, clean, and ready for service. What We’re Looking For * Licence: UK driving licence (no special category required) * Medical: Ability to meet DVLA Group 2 medical standards. * Checks: Enhanced DBS check (arranged if not already held). * Tech: Comfortable using a smartphone and email for basic work communications.
