Are you highly organised, process-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Our client, a growing medical supplier seeking a Sales Support & Project Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month FTC in Crawley.
The Role:
As Sales & Implementation Coordinator, you will take ownership of the post-sale journey, acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating the full rollout of product deliveries to customer sites
* Arranging technician visits to ensure correct storage, setup, and safe use of products
* Organising and scheduling regular service review meetings with clients
* Leading internal handover meetings post-sale to clarify responsibilities, timelines, and delivery expectations
* Ensuring all actions, communications, and milestones are accurately logged on the internal system
* Monitoring progress to ensure agreed service levels and implementation timelines are achieved
* Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Technical teams, and external customers
The Package:
* Salary £28,000 - £32,000pa
* Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
* Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
* 25 days holiday + BH
Key Requirements:
* Has strong coordination or project administration experience
* Is confident liaising with internal departments
* Has excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Is detail-oriented and comfortable managing documentation and system updates
* Communicates clearly and professionally
