Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a leading whole-of-market mortgage brokerage with extensive estate agency partnerships across Hampshire and Surrey. Due to continued regional growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Mortgage Advisors while strengthening introducer relationships across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales performance, adviser development, and introducer engagement across your region. You will provide ongoing coaching, deliver structured feedback, and help drive improvements in conversion rates, protection penetration and fee income.
A key part of your role will be building strong relationships with estate-agency introducers, ensuring advisers are fully embedded in their branches and maximising every client opportunity. You will provide MI and performance insights, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain FCA compliance oversight, and collaborate with senior managers to drive continuous improvement across the region.
This position combines home working with regular branch visits, requiring a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders, motivate teams and deliver strong commercial results.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager or a Senior Mortgage Advisor ready to move into leadership. You will be CeMAP qualified with a successful history of delivering regulated mortgage and protection advice.
You should be commercially minded, target-driven, and able to inspire a team through hands-on support, coaching, and clear direction. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to relationship management, and flexibility to travel across Hampshire and Surrey are essential.
