Job Description
As an Administrator you will:
3. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for engineering team members.
5. Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
6. Prepare and format reports, presentations, and technical documents as required.
7. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
8. Support project managers with project documentation and administrative tasks as needed.
9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Administrator will have:
10. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the engineering or technical industry.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
12. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
13. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
14. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
15. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
16. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
