Become an expert advisor in our social network platform. You'll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects, providing guidance and support. Responsibilities include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining an attractive store appearance. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting will be available, but delivering excellent customer service is your main goal.
What We Need
We're looking for someone who is eager to help, willing to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy assisting others. Comfort with using new technology and adapting to new working methods is important. Teamwork and flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays are essential.
