Job Overview
Accomplish Today are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding organisation within the recruitment and payroll sector. This role is well suited to a confident, service-led professional with a proactive approach to outbound client engagement, relationship reactivation, and long-term account development.
You will play a key role in managing and growing recruitment agency partnerships, supporting a smooth and compliant contractor journey while driving engagement, retention, and commercial value. This is a people-focused role within a high-growth environment offering clear progression and strong earning potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Relationship Management
Take full ownership of recruitment agency partner accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement, trust, and satisfaction
Proactively re-engage and reactivate existing clients through outbound calls, email, and relationship-led communication
Act as a primary point of contact for agency partners, delivering consistent service excellence
Contractor & Referral Management
Manage inbound contractor referrals, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant onboarding
Monitor referral volumes and performance, providing insight to improve outcomes and client experience
Business Support & Growth
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience, retention, and operational efficiency
Support the development of new agency partnerships alongside sales and partnerships teams
Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening market reputation through professional and proactive engagement
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, Client Relationship Management, or Account Coordination
Background in recruitment, payroll, or umbrella services highly desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident with outbound calling and proactive client engagement
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Good understanding of recruitment processes and contractor lifecycles
Knowledge of IR35 and AWR beneficial but not essential
Commercially aware with a solutions-focused mindset
