Production Coordinator – Womenswear Supplier (Immediate Start | Temp Role)
We are working with a well-established womenswear supplier who is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join their team on an immediate-start temporary basis. This is a fast-paced role supporting the production team across multiple accounts, ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing critical path activity within a supplier environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the critical path from order confirmation through to delivery
* Liaising daily with factories, mills, and internal teams
* Chasing samples, approvals, lab dips, and bulk production updates
* Monitoring production timelines and flagging risks or delays
* Maintaining accurate production trackers and systems
* Supporting costings, purchase orders, and shipping documentation where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in a production or production coordination role within a womenswear supplier
* Strong understanding of garment production processes
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confidence working to tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
* Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
