Job Title: Lecturer in Accountancy
Salary: £31,520 - £38,786
Location: Huddersfield - Waterfront
Hours and Weeks per Year: 18.5 hours / 52 weeks per year

In the role of Lecturer in Accountancy you'll predominantly be based at Huddersfield and your focus will be on campus in Huddersfield. You will be required to effectively plan and deliver teaching across Levels 2-4 AAT programmes (predominantly Level 3), ensuring a high quality and relevant learning experience for our adult students and apprentices.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the marketing, development, delivery, assessment and evaluation of programmes to meet market needs and contractual targets and performance criteria.
* Deliver engaging lectures, facilitate exam preparation and provide support and guidance to students throughout their time at Kirklees College.
* Manage and monitor the delivery of your AAT programme, supporting and encouraging student achievement.
* Monitor data, offer guidance to learners, promote retention and progression, and maintain accurate student records.
* Teach and assess across various courses, ensuring academic standards are met.
* Collaborate with other departments to support student outcomes.
Qualifications
* Ideally Level 4 AAT (or demonstrate equivalent ability).
* Demonstrable experience in the sector.
