Job Description: C&E Operations Manager at Crowne Plaza London Gatwick Airport
The Crimson Hotels is a fast-growing, independently family-owned hotel group managing seven branded hotels under Hilton and IHG brands.

The successful candidate will oversee the C&E and F&B departments at Crowne Plaza London Gatwick Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all C&E activities, delivering excellent guest experiences and achieving operational goals.
2. Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and other departments to plan and coordinate events, ensuring all requirements are met.
3. Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction during events.
4. Be available at all times to address customer queries, problems, or complaints.
5. Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and clients for seamless event planning and execution.
6. Lead, train, and motivate team members, demonstrating strong people management skills.
Personal Qualities, Skills, and Experience:
1. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, ideally in a leadership role.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence colleagues.
3. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
4. Knowledge of IT systems and software.
