Do you enjoy leading people to deliver meaningful, life changing support? We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Team Leader to work closely with the Service Manager in supporting a team who provide high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centred services to vulnerable adults aged 18 experiencing homelessness, isolation, and other complex challenges. You’ll ensure high standards of practice by supporting staff performance, promoting a positive and psychologically safe culture, and ensuring full compliance with policies, regulations and contractual requirements. You’ll also deputise for the Service Manager when needed, which may include working across different areas of the Service. Who we’re looking for: • Demonstrate a commitment to supporting clients to take an active role in shaping the services they receive. • Able to self-manage, effectively plan and prioritise tasks and consistently deliver results • Good knowledge of tenancy and property management including rent management and court procedures. • Experience of leading, supervising and managing staff, students or volunteers.
