Job Description:
The main duties of this role include partnering with the Divisional Director for CYP services to deliver a positive people experience within compassionate and inclusive workplaces, enabling staff to thrive and provide excellent care. You will interpret NHS & HPFT strategies and their implications for the division. Working closely with divisional leadership, you will develop evidence-based strategic people plans to manage risk and meet divisional and trust priorities. These plans will cover:
1. Comprehensive talent development, including supply, demand, succession planning, career pathways, and training & development.
2. Organizational design, such as workforce planning, supporting the development and implementation of innovative roles, utilization of digital innovations, staff deployment, and change projects.
3. Culture enhancement, including leadership capability development, team development, wellbeing, engagement, OD diagnostics and interventions, belonging, and inclusion.
You will be a key member of the People and Organisational Development Directorate, maintaining effective relationships and communication channels to ensure that services meet operational needs and support the strategic objectives of the Trust.
