The Role:
1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with accounts up for renewals + with more growth prospects.
2. Building meaningful and consultative relationships with clients, understanding pain points and sharing feedback with wider team.
3. Utilising data in order to share informative insights.
About You:
4. Previous experience in Account Management/Customer success within the ICT/Cloud/SaaS/Software industry.
5. Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
7. Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Package:
9. Basic salary up to £45, + up to £25, Bonus
