The successful candidate have proven experience in a generalist HR role and will be able to provide professional, high-quality HR advice and support across the organisation, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. The HR Advisor will play a key role in employee relations, policy development, workforce planning, and supporting organisational change. A CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent (or working towards) is preferred. Hybrid working with a minimum of 40% of time spent at Stori offices or service locations across Wales. Candidates will need to hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle for work related travel & must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
