Salary: £34,398 - £52,490 (M1 - UPS3)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
* Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5.
* Inspire students to develop commercial awareness, analytical thinking and enterprise skills.
* Support students in achieving excellent examination outcomes.
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
* Monitor progress through effective assessment and feedback.
* Play an active role in the wider life of the school community.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS.
* Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies.
* Ability to motivate and challenge students of all abilities.
* High expectations of behaviour, achievement and attendance.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to inclusive education and student success.
