Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate health and medical records for staff and clients 📋
• Support the implementation of workplace health and safety protocols 🛡️
• Provide basic healthcare support during onsite health assessments
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure compliance with health-related regulations ✅
• Manage appointment scheduling and communication between healthcare providers and staff 📅
• Monitor and promptly report any health or safety concerns to management
• Assist in the preparation and management of health-related documentation and reports

Requirements

• Certified qualification or equivalent experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Great communication skills — comfortable liaising with both healthcare professionals and internal teams
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in an office-based setting
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for managing schedules and records
• An empathetic, people-first approach to supporting the health needs of colleagues
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment ⚡
