You will collaborate closely with operational and culinary teams to deliver exceptional Event experiences. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership and accountability for the planning and management of assigned meetings and events from contract signing through to execution Work alongside the Department Head to ensure the team delivers a knowledgeable, efficient, and high-quality service Maintain a strong understanding of client requirements to ensure expectations are consistently met and exceeded Coordinate and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow Maximise sales opportunities while maintaining brand standards and service excellence Oversee large-scale reservations, conferences, group bookings, and gala dinners Requirements: Previous experience as an Events Planning Executive or Events Planning Manager within a similar high-end or luxury property Proven ability to manage complex events and multiple priorities Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills A proactive approach with attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences Extensive Knowledge of Opera, Delphi and Social Tables is desired We are committed to offer and provide our Back of House Manager with a competitive salary and a large range of benefits: £46,597 per annum Sales & Conference & Events bonus plus great IHG perks! 31 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (Pro Rated) Wagestream - a financial wellbeing app giving you the opportunity to save, track and withdraw your pay as you earn it.
