Retail Security Relief Officer – Tesco Partnership Location: Cleethorpes (DN35 9QR) Pay: £13.47 per hour / Weekly Pay (every Friday) Hours: 0–48 hours per week (as per rota) Shifts: 06:00–15:00, 10:00–16:00, 12:00–00:00, 14:00–00:00 & various (weekends required) Requirement: Valid SIA Licence About the Role Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is looking for confident, professional, and reliable Retail Security Relief Officers to support Tesco stores in the Cleethorpes area. This is a flexible, multi-site role where you will provide a strong and visible security presence, helping to maintain a safe, secure, and customer-focused environment within Tesco stores. Key Responsibilities Patrolling Tesco stores to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour Monitoring premises and responding to incidents Completing accurate reports and recording observations Supporting Tesco colleagues with store security requirements Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally What We’re Looking For Valid Door Supervisor SIA Licence Full 5-year checkable work history Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, confident, and reliable approach Good attention to detail and sound judgement Previous security experience desirable but not essential Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends Why Join Kingdom?
