We are currently seeking a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER to join our team at our Craigavon facility in Northern Ireland.
About the Role:
This role provides engineering support to assembly and manufacturing departments and key accountabilities will include:
1. Planning and implementation of Manufacturing related projects within given timescales
2. Continuous improvement of Assembly processes
3. Root cause analysis and implementing of Safety and Quality improvements
4. Provision of Engineering support to Production departments
5. Implementation of Engineering changes from Design into Production
6. Highlighting and implementation of health and safety, quality and productivity improvements
7. Inventory Integrity
8. Liaising cross-functionally within all departments
Knowledge Required:
Candidates should clearly demonstrate how they meet the following Essential Criteria:
9. Candidates due to graduate in Summer 2026 are welcome to apply
10. Educated to HND/Degree level (or working towards, to be completed Summer 2026), with a minimum of 1 year's Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (experience gained through industrial placement will be considered)
11. Alternatively, we will consider candidates who hold an HNC with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills
13. Working knowledge of all relevant Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) plus 3D modelling or AutoCAD experience
The following criteria is desirable:
14. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
15. Proficient in the use of 2D CAD
16. Experience in any of the following: Engineering changes / Line design changes / Production support
