Receptionist / Administrator Role - West Bromwich (B70 7PQ)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37 hours per week). Please note the role will require a late night to be worked once a month, usually on a Wednesday 12.00pm to 7.00pm
Contract: Temporary for four months from start date (with potential for extension)
Working pattern: Fully onsite
We are currently recruiting for a receptionist / administrator to work for our Public Sector client, in their Probation Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting the operational delivery of a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, working with sensitive information, supporting staff and people on probation, and maintaining accurate systems and records. Your main responsibilities will be as follows
* Maintain and update databases and case files
* Handle communications via phone, email, and in-person
* Provide reception cover and support meetings
* Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
* Support enforcement and safeguarding processes
* Uphold confidentiality, equality, and health & safety standards
About You
* Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
* Confident and professional demeanour
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pease note this role will require the clients enhanced vetting to be completed, this may take up to 8 weeks to complete
