My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their People team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment and HR life cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new employees. From managing paperwork and coordinating activities to maintaining accurate records, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless onboarding process in line withpany policies and legal requirements.
Your new role
1. Manage the ATR process, keeping systems up to date and sending weekly reports.
2. Assist with interview coordination when required.
3. Prepare and distribute offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents, ensuringpliance and accuracy.
4. Wee new employees on day one and support managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
5. Oversee the probation process, escalating concerns to Employee Relations andpleting relevant paperwork.
6. Maintain and update HR systems and databases with new hire and leaver information.
7. Create resignation and leaver letters and conduct exit interviews where appropriate.
8. Respond to employee queries and work collaboratively across the People team.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Minimum 1 year’s experience in an HR role.
10. Familiarity with ATR and HR platforms.
11. Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices.
12. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office andfortable with HR systems.
14. Strongmunication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
15. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
