As our VAT team continues to expand, we are looking for a talented and driven VAT Manager or VAT Senior Manager to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our VAT offering.
Key Responsibilities
You will be a vital part of our VAT team, responsible for delivering outstanding VAT advisory and compliance services to an active and diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with the VAT Partner and other senior leaders to ensure we continue to solve our while supporting the development of our people and contributing to the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery:
* Provide high-quality VAT advice to a wide range of entrepreneurial businesses.
* Solve problems, delivering advisory projects.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
* Assist our large Corporate Finance team with transactions work.
Team Development:
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
* Lead by example in delivering technical excellence and client service.
* Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing.
Business Development:
* Collaborate with partners and other service lines to identify opportunities for new business.
* Support the development of proposals and pitches.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* ACA/ CTA preferred.
* Significant experience in VAT.
* Proven track record in delivering VAT advisory services, ideally within a practice environment.
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
* Passionate about developing people and contributing to a positive team culture.
