Ditto Coffee was established by Matt & Lee Parsons, CEOs of leading global music distribution and record label services company Ditto Music, who have worked with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Stormzy and Chance The Rapper.
As an extension of the Ditto brand, Ditto Coffee was created to offer a new route to musical discovery in the form of a coffee shop/pop up shop within Rough Trade which embraces the local creative community. We currently have an opportunity for a Coffee Shop Keyholder to join our team. Role Responsibility
* Previous experience working in a coffee team.
* Must be available to work weekends
* A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
* Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
* Interest in local music scene
* Excellent personal presentation standards
* Strong knowledge of "Australian Coffee Culture" and excellent barista skills
* Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team
* Fluent in English both verbally and written
* Ensure Coffee standards are maintained
* Barista trained and able to demonstrate at least two latte art patterns
* Ensure cleanliness of working areas are maintained
* Operation of tills and cashing up
* Supply high standard of service to coffee shop customers
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
* Coffee Shop duties as required
* Arrive to work on time with a can do attitude
* Social media interest, push brand awareness, take photographs for social media
The Ideal Candidate
* Good organisation skills
* Experience of cashing up
* Be able to prioritise workload
* Customer service experience
We are recruiting for an excellent Barista/Keyholder who is a self starter 12 hours per week over 2 shifts with weekend availibility.
Only excellent barista's who can demonstrate at least 2 patterns of latte art will be suitable for this position
Must have good attention to detail and be have a cheery demeanour and always happy to help attitude
Must have clean and tidy appearance.
Must be punctual and confident in using POS independently
Must have great customer service skills
Must love cleaning and able to keep themselves busy improving the pop up space to look even more amazing.
