The successful candidate will undertake all duties associated with the role of Quality Engineer based at the company's head office in Chichester. The role involves assisting various departments in providing services for production and monitoring the quality of manufactured products.

1. Documentation Control: Managing production and project documentation to meet BS EN ISO 9001:2015 7.5 requirements, including access, traceability, currency, distribution, and fulfilling customer expectations for equipment data and certification.
2. Product Inspection: Ensuring products received are suitable and correctly classified, working closely with design and fabrication teams.
3. Quality Assurance & Fabrication: Overseeing pipework fabrication from drawings using SolidWorks 3D, including welder codes, WPQR, NDT, and technical drawing completion.
4. Production Programming: Collaborating with design and fabrication teams to ensure production processes are aligned.
5. Design Review: Reviewing designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contracts, and specifications.
6. Technical Coordination: Managing activities related to technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and testing issues.
7. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Programming, conducting tests, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records.
8. Commissioning Support: Assisting with activities related to the commissioning of manufactured products.
9. Quality Documentation: Preparing product quality packs for quality assurance prior to dispatch.
10. Health and Safety: Ensuring safety standards are maintained.
