German Speaking Senior Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bristol (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: £31,500 + bonus
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday – Friday, shifts between 8am – 9pm
Our client is looking for a fluent German and English speaker to join their customer operations team in a senior support role focused on complex queries, escalations, and service improvement. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving and supporting both customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
* Handle complex customer queries and escalations across multiple channels
* Provide guidance and support to customer-facing teams
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
* Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement
* Support coaching, reporting, and process improvement activities
* Ensure high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
About You:
* Fluent in both German and English
* Previous experience in customer service, escalations, complaints handling, or operational support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to manage complex situations calmly and professionally
* Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented
