About the role…
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will play a vital role within the business by acting as the voice of our brand, and as the main point of contact for our retailers and consumers. You will delight our customers, by ensuring their orders are processed accurately and on time. You will passionately communicate product knowledge while interacting with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email and web chat. Working collaboratively with our Field Agents, you will deliver an exceptional level of service to retailers.
The role is full time, permanent and based at our offices in Roundswell, Barnstaple. Our office is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, and you will work a 37.5 hour weekly shift pattern with occasional overtime. Shift patterns will be discussed at interview.

About you…
We're looking for someone who brings energy, attention to detail and a passion for customer service. You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
* previous Customer Service, Sales or Administration experience within an office environment
* previous experience of working with both consumer and business customers is desirable
* a customer service or business qualification (such as an NVQ) would be beneficial
* intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office) and typing skills
* a passion for jewellery
* a strong focus on customer service
* exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate with customers in a professional and on brand manner
* excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
* able to support customers with basic technical issues
