Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal advice on commercial matters to lawyers and non-lawyers across multiple offices.
* Lead projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology contracts, including procurement agreements.
* Develop and deliver training programs.
* Support risk mitigation strategies and set best practice standards.

Experience & Skills
* Qualified lawyer with 10+ years’ experience in an international professional services firm.
* Expertise in complex commercial, technology contracts and procurement.
* Strong knowledge of UK, EU, and US regulatory frameworks, including data protection.
* Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
