We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Producer to support the creative QC (Quality Control) and production processes for a leading luxury client. This is a fast-paced role that requires technical precision, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of assets against tight deadlines.
You will work closely with campaign management, production, and external agencies to ensure creative assets meet strict brand and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Support with QC processes for creative assets.
* Review and check assets against brand and technical guidelines, including: RGB value checks and Metadata accuracy and correct labelling
* Ensuring files are stored correctly in the media asset management system
* Manage the QC workflow, including: Receiving assets and QC forms from agencies; Verifying submissions and briefing QC teams; Reviewing QC reports and interpreting results for agency producers and Managing re-submissions when necessary
* Act as agency liaison, fielding queries and providing clear feedback.
* Collaborate with campaign managers, producers, subtitling, transcreation, and offshore teams (e.g. Chennai) to ensure workflow efficiency.
* Support production tasks such as reviewing new social/digital guidelines, spotting missing information, and coordinating with agencies to resolve gaps.
* Stay up to date with emerging digital/AI tools and proactively share insights with the wider team.
* Contribute to problem-solving and process improvements across production workflows.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience within a production, post-production, or creative operations environment.
* Familiarity with quality control of creative assets (checking guidelines, technical accuracy, and delivery standards).
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially for RGB checks).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround workloads.
* Confident communicator with experience in client-facing or agency-facing roles.
* Ability to interpret QC feedback and relay instructions clearly to agencies.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
* Interest in digital media, social platforms, and emerging technologies/AI.
Nice to Have
* Previous experience working with luxury clients or global campaigns.
* Understanding of creative remastering, subtitling, or transcreation workflows.
* Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and international teams.
