Providing support to a busy operations team you will be responsible for provision of overall support to include: Inputting customer contracts onto an internal system, including any customer specific requirements Co-ordinating the administration of additional works and emergency call outs Scheduling emergency call outs Invoicing service maintenance work Answering all incoming calls Meeting visitors Receiving deliveries and distributing parts appropriately Dealing with customer requests e.g. reports Monitoring the administration inbox Suitable candidates will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a service industry. A good IT background is essential, to include Word and Excel.
