About the job


We have over 10,000 inbound leads who signed up and never got a call back.


Not cold leads. People who came to us, put their details in, and are probably wondering why nobody's been in touch. There's no prospecting, no cold lists, no trying to convince someone who's never heard of us. Everyone you speak to already knows who ivee is and did something about it.


We're hiring someone to work through that backlog and keep up with the new leads coming in on top of it.


The role is freelance and remote. UK hours preferred, London timezone ideal.


What you'll be doing


* Call warm inbound leads at high volume
* Have real conversations, not scripted pitches
* Qualify interest quickly and move leads forward
* Convert directly into paid programmes
* Handle objections confidently in real time
* Follow up where needed to close
* Log all activity in Attio
* Feed insights from calls back to the team to sharpen messaging
* Hit (and exceed) daily and weekly conversion targets


You'll have real ownership in a role that directly drives revenue.


What we're looking for


* Proven experience in phone-based sales, SDR, or closing
* Strong communicator, clear and confident on calls
* Comfortable with pace and high call volume
* Good at handling objections and thinking on your feet
* Self-directed, you don't need hand-holding to execute
* Organised with solid follow-up discipline
* Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools (we use Attio and Aircall)
* Bonus: experience using AI tools to improve your workflow (not required)


You should be able to point to real examples of converting conversations into revenue.

ivee is an AI upskilling platform helping non-technical teams actually adopt AI. Clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Virgin Media. We're the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and recently closed a $1M seed round backed by Steven Bartlett.


Why this role


The pipeline is warm and it's big. Base plus commission with strong upside, and high call volume means high earning potential. Freelance setup, flexible, and there's a real path to something longer-term if you perform well.
