Opportunity for a Support Team Leader!
Permanent, Full time role, Blackpool.

We are seeking a skilled Support Team Leader to join their team and services in Blackpool.
The Role
* Lead and manage a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities focusing on outcomes and person centred approach.
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
* Conduct regular team meetings and supervisions to promote team cohesion and professional development.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services, making adjustments as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Act as a point of contact for the individuals being supported and their families.
* Support the recruitment, training, and induction of new staff members.
* Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the team and the wider organisation.
Ideal Candidate
* Ideally you will be a strong leader of people, and with experience of leading teams within Supported Living services for adults with learning disabilities.
* Relevant qualifications in Health and Social care (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build positive relationships.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
