Job Title: 1st Shift Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as a 1st Shift Assembler, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 4:30pm with every other Friday off. This position is based in the Military division of our facility, where we manufacture, test, and inspect aluminum heat pipes.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning, bending, installation, soldering, and brazing of heat/cooling pipes for military devices.
* Handle aluminum pipes and conduct thorough cleaning processes according to exact specifications.
* Perform testing and inspections of components.
* Read and follow detailed work orders based on specific projects.
* Utilize basic hand and power tools during the assembly process.
* Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges during the inspection process.
Essential Skills
* Strong culture fit with excellent soft skills.
* Stable work history with good tenure.
* High level of attention to detail, particularly in small parts assembly or machining.
* Experience in machine shop operations is advantageous.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* GED or Diploma.
* Skills in brazing, inspection, soldering, assembly, and machine operation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
