Nurse Assessor (PIP / WCA) - Office and Homebased
Open to: Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, and Pharmacists
Location: Swindon
Salary: £37,500 – £42,000 + excellent bonus potential (earn up to £48,300 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends or bank holidays)

The role involves both telephone and face-to-face assessments, with full paid training provided.

Assess claimants’ health and functional abilities (PIP/WCA)
Review medical evidence and produce detailed DWP reports
Complete a comprehensive 6-week training programme covering assessment techniques, DWP standards, and report writing Who We’re Looking For
Registered professionals:
Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
Occupational Therapists
Physiotherapists
Paramedics
Pharmacists
Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting
Current registration with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC
