Lead multidisciplinary teams, defining project scope, budgets, and timelines. Monitor progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Create detailed electrical designs, including power distribution, circuit design, and control systems. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence. Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure seamless system integration. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (or equivalent qualification). Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical design. Expertise in designing ELV, LV, and HV systems, including solar PV, inverters, and earthing systems.
