Job Description
* Supporting the preparation of daily flash reports, weekly P&Ls, and financial consolidations
* Assisting in billing cycles, including a major 4-weekly run (~£30m)
* Playing a key role in streamlining and automating financial reports and processes
* Manipulating large data sets using Excel and Google tools (BigQuery, Data Studio)
* Collaborating closely with the finance team and operational stakeholders
* Getting involved in reporting enhancements, model builds, and new data solutions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
* Graduate in accounting, finance or similar - ideally with some practical finance experience
* Keen to develop your career and study towards CIMA or ACCA (full study support available)
* Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Comfortable with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and large data sets
* Bonus if you've had exposure to Google Suite, BigQuery, or Data Studio
* A passion for finance, data, and continuous improvement - not just ticking boxes
