We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dry Cleaning and Laundry Professional to join our team at our Hemel Hempstead Hub. This role involves not only providing exceptional dry cleaning and laundry services but also occasionally performing driving duties for the collection and drop-off of dry cleaning garments.

Location: Hemel Hempstead Hub
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Salary: £25,480 - £25,584 OTE per annum and including uncapped weekly bonus
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with overtime opportunities available post-training.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in the dry cleaning and laundry industry, hold a valid driving license, demonstrate strong attention to detail and customer service skills, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality dry cleaning and laundry services to meet customer expectations.
* Ensure garments are handled with care and that all cleaning processes are carried out according to company standards.
* Occasionally drive a company vehicle for the collection and delivery of dry cleaning items, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
* Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
