Registered Children's Home Manager
to lead a children's home, support a professional team, and make a real difference in young lives.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of care staff.
* Allocate key workers and foster effective consultation across the home.
* Maintain and monitor high standards of care and compliance.
* Handle complaints and concerns professionally.
* Work closely with social workers, families, and other stakeholders.
* Champion a safe, inclusive, and supportive culture for staff and children.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in
residential childcare
.
* At least 1 year of
management experience
within a children's home.
* Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care
.
* Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Motivated, proactive, and committed to making a positive impact.
