About the Role:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day running of our Horsham preschool site
* Inspire and support a dedicated team of early years practitioners
* Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
What We're Looking For:
* A confident, caring leader with a passion for early years education
* Experience in a nursery or preschool setting (management or deputy level)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
A commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment
Working Hours:
* Ideally 4 days per week, but we're open to 5 days if that suits you better
* Between 30–35 hours per week, term time only
