Overview
In a precision-driven electronics environment, quality is more than a process — it’s a safeguard. This role is for someone who understands that in aerospace, there’s no room for error.
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll take ownership of internal checks, supplier and customer audits, and documentation control. You’ll work closely with production and procurement teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 or AS9120, and you’ll play a key role in investigating non-conformances and driving corrective actions. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability across the business.
You’ll need experience from an aerospace or similarly regulated sector, with a strong working knowledge of AS9100 or AS9120 standards. Confidence with inspection tools, audit preparation, and quality documentation is essential. Familiarity with CECC or BS standards is beneficial but not mandatory.
This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site in a scenic rural location known for its natural beauty and peaceful surroundings — ideal for those who value a quieter lifestyle and a strong sense of community. The salary is circa £40,000, with benefits and development opportunities available.
