Overview
Henry Chadwick Community Primary School (Part of Primitas Learning Partnership) – Admin Assistant, Part-time, Permanent. Term Time plus five days as directed by Headteacher – 21 hours a week, Monday to Wednesday. Actual salary £12,544.91 to £12,744.00 p.a. (working weeks 39; paid weeks 45.05). Full-Time Equivalent Salary £25,583 - £25,989 p.a.
The school seeks to appoint a Part-Time Permanent Admin Assistant to work in our busy office. The post will be a job share with the current School Secretary, working Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (08:30 to 16:00 hours).
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative tasks supporting the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the whole school.
* Use SIMS, Parent Pay, Outlook as part of daily office duties.
* Act as the first point of contact with parents/carers and stakeholders via telephone, email or face-to-face communication.
* Act as a first aider and administer medication when required.
* Support the school’s overall learning provision for the children.
* Hours: 21 hours a week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (08:30 to 16:00). The current School Secretary will work Wednesday to Friday. There may be an opportunity to increase hours in the future.
