Your new role
To build and sustain relationships with key external customers, internal stakeholders and suppliers through the provision of efficient,pliant and effective Omnichannel event management. To set a benchmark in terms of service infrastructure (digital & physical), planning, support and execution excellence within the industry.
Congress and events planning and delivery
- Support the BU & functional teams in delivering events in line with their strategic objectives.
- Oversee all workstreams involved from across functions both locally and globally.
- Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are consulted and engaged throughout.
- Oversee quality of input from external suppliers such as logistics and booth agencies.
Optimise customer experience around events working as part of the Omnichannel team.
- In collaboration with the Omnichannel team, they define and execute customer engagement journeys around major events, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms and channels to deliver a unified and exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and implement innovative processes for efficiently managing events, optimising coordination and enhancing overall event execution.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in meetings management in the Pharma industry.
