Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The UK Fintech sector generates revenue of £11 billion per year and is projected to double in size between now and 2030. Salt continues to partner with one of the fastest-growing FinTech organizations outside of London.
Founded in 2012, they’ve grown exponentially and now occupy a modern office in central Manchester with panoramic views of the city. Their growth is driven by a state-of-the-art software transforming business payments, serving clients like ITV, Admiral, TalkTalk, Sainsbury’s Bank, Primark, Boohoo, Krispy Kreme, and Pretty Little Thing.
They plan significant growth and are looking to add a Sales Development Representative in Manchester. As an SDR, you will be the first contact point for potential prospects, booking appointments/demos for the sales team. You’ll receive qualified leads from marketing and will promote the product benefits through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and cold emails.

Required Experience:
* Degree is a plus but not essential; interest in finance or similar fields is advantageous
* Ideally, 12+ months experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B environment or relevant internship experience
* Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets (KPIs or financial goals)
* Self-motivated with a proactive sales attitude, structured and persistent
* Clear career progression opportunities, with many leaders starting as SDRs
