Auditors play an important role in supporting the business in mitigating risk within the operation through effective delivery of compliance checking, as they ensure the highest quality of work and safeguard the key standards across all areas of the business. Working in a small team, an Auditor will be able to manage their own workload in a pro-active fashion ensuring deadlines are always met, whilst maintaining a high standard of delivery. Responsibilities: ·To provide an in-house compliance service that effectively supports business areas in their duty to comply with relevant policies, regulations and laws ·To audit files as they are submitted to GRQA within SLA ·To audit allocated Dip Samples of all CLO’s and Screeners on a monthly basis within the required deadline ·To monitor and ensure the Compliance Policy is adhered to at all times ·To resolve Compliance difficulties as they occur ·To convey non-compliances in a professional, confident and diplomatic manner without prejudice or blame ·To ensure all Data Protection/GDPR requirements are adhered to in order to identify and manage risk to the company ·Follow and maintain business Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and correct process and audit procedures for client requirements to highlight and mitigate risk ·To demonstrate strong and effective communication skills in terms of both verbal and written communication ·To work on own initiative and portray first class problem-solving skills using proactive thinking and promoting out of the box solutions to colleagues ·Engage in proactive communication with management to inform of file status for priority candidates ·Be transparent, open and honest at all times ·To adhere to company values Reporting to: Compliance Manager
