Overview
We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising production processes, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of production data, including process parameters and quality metrics.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
* Provide training and support to new team members on process operations and safety protocols.
* Basic Shift Pattern: 3 on, 4 off (Rotating Days/Nights)
* Work 3 consecutive shifts (either days or nights).
Qualifications
* An understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members across departments.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
